A public hearing will be held before the Planning & Zoning Commission on Monday, March 8, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., in a virtual conference and before the City Council on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., in a virtual conference projected from the Council Chambers, City Hall, 203 E. Wheatland Road, Duncanville, Texas, to hear a request of the City of Duncanville to revoke a Special Use Permit for a Dallas County Government Center (Ordinance No. 765) and retain the existing Neighborhood Office “NO” zoning district on Tract 35, Anderson Slayback Survey, Abstract No. 1299, approximately 1.964 acres, more commonly known as 100 E Wheatland Road, Duncanville.

The City Council of the City of Duncanville will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in a virtual conference projected from the Council Chambers, City Hall, 203 E. Wheatland Road, Duncanville, Texas to consider the recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding this request.
