Design of water main replacements are underway in the Greenbriar Estates subdivision. Installed in the 1970-1980s era, the existing water mains are in need of replacement. The project consists of 1,750 linear feet of main replacement along High Ridge Drive from Crescent Lane to Meadow Ridge Drive, 2,750 linear feet of main replacement in the 1700-1800 blocks of Green Tree Lane, 3,050 linear feet of main replacement in Greenbriar Lane from Green Tree Lane to Wind Ridge Lane, 1,000 linear feet of main replacement in Knob Hill Drive from South Greenstone Lane to Beaver Creek Drive, and 475 linear feet of main replacement in the 1600 block of Nob Hill Circle. The improvements are scheduled for phased construction over a four-year period. The engineer’s estimate of probable cost for these improvements is $1,805,000.00.
