Garbage Scavengers

I’ve complained to the city about these people before without much luck. We have about 8-10 scavengers running down the alleys, twice a week . I’ve had items (made of metal) stolen and yesterday they stopped to look in my garage. What can we do to stop these people ?

Scavenging is illegal. When you see them out please call police at 972-223-6111.
