2. RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENTS

To submit a comment via email and for your comments to be read, the following information is required:

  • Submit a comment by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, August 8, 2022
  • Email citysecretary@duncanville.com
  • Email title: Public Comment – August 8th.
  • First and Last Name; and address.
  • The City Secretary will still set a two-minute time limit on the comments as they are read.

3. Discuss City Council Rules of Procedures.

City Council will not make any final decisions. City Council may instruct Staff or the City Attorney to draft changes to bring back to Council.
