The City of Duncanville has now contracted
the services of an answering service to dispatch all calls
after "normal working hours", weekends, as well
as holidays.
Information on the Answering Service
As of April 5, 2001 the Always Answering
Service out of Cedar Hill handles all after hour calls for
the City of Duncanville. The company has 15 years of expertise
in the answering service field as well as 25 years of business
system design and implementation.
Why an answering service
After review of several options, this was
the best option to secure the dispatching and distribution
of the calls received after normal working hours. This should
enable the city to receive these calls faster and more efficient
than before.
Our plan is simple.
The city has dedicated one line (972) 780-4959
to be referenced as the "After Hours Line" for
all city government calls.
