Hopkins Center Adventures – Caroline’s Country Café – Tuesday, August 22

Welcome to Caroline’s Country Café

They are family-owned and operated restaurant located in Midlothian, Texas. We have been serving the local community with amazing food since 1999.

Caroline Flath is the owner and being a local resident she knows how the people think here in north Texas. They want a pleasant atmosphere, good service, wonderful food all day long at a great price. It’s just that simple. People have come by just to get a piece of one of our famous homemade pies.  They’ve actually shipped them all the way to Idaho.

If you’re in the mood for a home cooked meal, whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner, come on over to Caroline’s Country Café.

They have plenty of room.

Doesn’t a slice of homemade pie sound good?

March 6, 2017 – Babe’s Chicken Dinner House

Join the Hopkins Seniors for dinner at Babe’s Chicken Dinner House on March 6, 2017 from 4:30 p.m. until finished.

A little bit about Babe’s Chicken Dinner House in Cedar Hill

Our Babe’s Chicken Dinner House in Cedar Hill opened on June 8, 2009.

The Cedar Hill location is a remodel of the Cedar Hill City Hall. It started out as the fire station in 1962 with 3 engine bays. In 1987 the fire station operations relocated and the building began its second life as City Hall.

The southwest corner of the building is a monument we built to honor the building’s previous service. A series of radio towers that were on the building when we began construction once transmitted for police and fire operations for many years, and we kept them in their original glory as a monument. Information found at Babe’s Chicken Dinner House.

We hope you enjoy your dinner.
