Parks Rules and Regulations (Ordinance 832)

In addition to all Federal, State and Local laws, the following Park Ordinance No. 832, listed partially below, must be adhered to:

1. No motor vehicles are allowed within a park except on paved streets or roadways and no as a speed great than 15 mph

2. No vehicle may stop or park in any area except in designated parking areas.

3. It shall be unlawful for any person at any time in any park to possess a glass container

4. Within the limits of any City of Duncanville park, it shall be unlawful for any person in a park to possess or consume any alcohol beverage

5. A permit must be obtained for any person in a park to conduct, operate, present, or manage:

a. Any organized activity.
b. Any exhibit, music event, player, motion picture, any assembly, or parade.
c. Any use of amplified sound equipment.
d. Any sale of food, drinks, or goods.
e. Any park use between 11:30pm and 5:00am, except the following through streets

i. South Alexander Avenue
ii. Hill City Drive
iii. Steger Drive

f. Cutting and removal of any dead trees
Such permit must be posted in area of activity or produced upon demand by any law enforcement officer or any authorized park employee
