Memberships available to all City of Duncanville residents or non-residents who own property in the City of Duncanville corporate city limits.

(Family member is defined as: A SPOUSE, child, or stepchild. The child MUST be SINGLE, 21 years old or younger, and/or still attending school. A foster child is eligible for an individual membership only, not a FAMILY membership.)
- All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable .
- Must be a member and pay membership fee before can sign up for Fitness Room Usage.
- Children age 6 and under must be accompanied by a parent at all times.
- Guests are allowed to use the fitness room only if they are age 16 or over and a current member has an active community center and fitness membership.

Reservation of any room outside of Normal Operational Hours

*Note: Charges are determined on type and number of rooms rented. Clean up must be completed by end of the rental time per signed contract. The Center and Senior Center are not rented beyond 11:30 p.m.
Multiple Room RENTALS are now available for Meeting Rooms 1-2-3 , Conference Room, and Kitchen when renting 3 rooms. Contact Center Supervisor for more details.

- Facilities may be rented 3 months in advance.
- Renter must be 21 years or older to rent any facility.
- Rental payment is due 48 hours after approval. Payment may be by Visa, MasterCard, checks, or cash.
- A valid driver’s license is required with all checks and credit cards.
- Deposit for Recreation Center Meeting Rooms, Game Room, Teen Room Rental is $200.
- Deposit for each Single Gym is $250.
- Deposit for Parkview Room or Northside Room at the D.L. Hopkins Center is $250.
- Deposit for Park Pavilions is $100.
- All deposits must be paid 5 calendar days prior to rental. Payment may be by Visa, MC, or cash ONLY.
