Unclaimed Property

The City of Duncanville is attempting to locate the rightful owners of unclaimed property. These are people and businesses who have failed to request money that is owed to them. The city holds unclaimed property valued up to $100 that is presumed abandoned under the provisions of and subject to Chapter 76 of the Texas Property Code. You may have unclaimed property if your name or business appears on the unclaimed property list below.

How to Claim Listed Property

3. Select, fill out and send in the proper Unclaimed Property Form and supporting documentation establishing your right to receive the property as one of the following:
