Board of Adjustments - Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday as needed at 7:00 PM. Unless otherwise noted, meetings held in the City Council Chambers at Duncanville City Hall, 203 E. Wheatland Road.

Park and Recreation Advisory Board - The 2nd Monday of each month at 6:30 PM. Unless otherwise noted, and is held in the Conference Room of the Duncanville Public Library.

Library Advisory Board - The 1st Thursday of every other month at 6:30 PM. Unless otherwise noted, and is held in the Conference Room of the Duncanville Public Library.

Sign Control Board - Thursdays following the 2nd and 4th Tuesday if needed at 7:00 PM. Unless otherwise noted, meetings held in the City Council Chambers, Duncanville City Hall, 203 E. Wheatland Road.

Duncanville Community and Economic Development Corporation (4B) Board - The 2nd Wednesday of each month, and a second meeting when necessary, at 7:00 PM. Unless otherwise noted, meetings held in the City Council Briefing Room at Duncanville City Hall, 203 E. Wheatland Road.

Civil Service Commission - Meets once in January each year and as needed at 8:00 AM. Unless otherwise noted, meetings held at Duncanville City Hall.

Keep Duncanville Beautiful Board - Meets the 1st Friday of each month at 8:30 AM. Unless otherwise noted, meetings held at Duncanville City Hall.

Tri-City Animal Shelter Advisory Board - Meets quarterly in the evenings as needed. Meeting places are rotated between the participating cities.

Duncanville Community Multicultural Commission - Every 3rd Thursday of the month as needed at 6:30 PM. Unless otherwise noted, meetings held in the City Council Chambers at Duncanville City Hall, 203 E. Wheatland Road.
