SIGN CONTROL BOARD

Sign Control Board Meeting Agenda

MEETS: Thursday following 2nd & 4th Tuesday, if needed
TIME: 7:00 p.m.
PLACE: City Hall, Council Chambers
STAFF MEMBER: Greg Contreras, Building Official

DUTIES:

1. Studies and reviews the sign control ordinance when requested to do so.
   
   
2. Makes recommendations to the City Council for changes to be made in the sign control ordinance.
   
   
3. The Code Enforcement Manager will be an ex-officio member of the Sign Control Board and will be responsible for preparation of the minutes, which are to be approved by the Board at the next meeting.
   
   
4. The Sign Control Board elects a Chairman and Vice-Chairman.
   
   
5. Prompt attendance at all meetings is urged. If three (3) meetings are missed without a valid excuse, the member may be replaced.
