4B BOARD

MEETS: 2nd Wednesday (and 4th if needed) of each month
TIME: 7:00 p.m.
PLACE: Duncanville Library / Recreation Center

DUTIES:

Holds public hearings on proposed Economic Development and Community Enhancement programs and projects.
Makes recommendations to the City Council regarding those programs and projects and the expenditure of 4B funds.
The 4B Board elects a President and a Vice-President.
Prompt attendance at all meetings is urged. If three (3) meetings are missed without a valid excuse, the member may be replaced.

2. DISCUSS AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A PAINT GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,310 FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 102 AND 108 W. FAIRMEADOWS. (MOTION REQUIRED)

3. DISCUSS 2008 UPDATE TO THE COMMUNITY ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE CITY OF DUNCANVILLE.

4. DISCUSS DUNCANVILLE COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (4B) REVISED BUDGET FOR FY 2007-2008 AND PROPOSED BUDGET FOR FY 2008-2009.

5. CITIZENS PUBLIC FORUM.

6. RECEIVE STAFF AND BOARD REPORTS.
