  • Conducts public hearings regarding zoning change requests and makes recommendations to the City Council.


  • Reviews and approves preliminary and final plats as well as site plans.


  • Meets 2nd & 4th Monday at 7 p.m.

  • Adopted Comprehensive Land Use Plan and approved zoning changes for the “Downtown Duncanville”/Main Street area.

  • Reviews and recommends amendments to the Sign Ordinance.


  • Meets Thursday following 2nd & 4th Tuesday, if needed, at 7 p.m.

  • Provides advisory support to staff through review of policies and procedures.
